Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The spacious apartment accommodates 8 guests and features a large living/sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 people each. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Confolia 3 Apartment, ground floor

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Chalet Fleckner - Alpine hut at Jaufenpass

Detached chalet in the middle of the fascinating South Tyrolean mountains at 2100 m above sea level near the Jaufen Pass (Passo Giovo). Wide view over the entire Passeiertal on untouched herb meadows in relaxing tranquility. In winter, guests have direct access to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. Skis can be put on in front of the cabin and the fun on the slopes can start immediately! Alternatively, extended winter hiking or ski tours can be undertaken in the deep snow.

Basement "Michl With the puristic style of furnishing with earthy colors and furniture made of local larch wood, two to six people will find their own personal piece of happiness on 87m². For additional well-being: a modern wood stove and a private panorama sauna with wellness loungers. Always including the spectacle of nature: viewed through the windows, enjoyed from the 27m² panoramic terrace or experienced right outside the front door.

Farnhaus. Loft above Merano with a view

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Jaufenspitze, Blasighof

The holiday apartment "Jaufenspitze Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and overlooks the mountain. The 34 m² studio apartment consists of 1 living room/bedroom, 1 well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 1 small balcony. This apartment can accommodate 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture, is also available for your use.
