Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Cozy Ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen

Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Nice Family cabin located 1000 masl 500m from the downhill slope, there are also many nice cross-country trails in Silkedalen which is a few meters away. In the summer there is great hiking terrain. The nearest shops are 10 min away by car to Rauland city center. Perfect location for activities both winter and summer. A little about the cabin: - The cabin was completed in May 2020 -4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a baby cot. -1 living room on the ground floor. Bathroom with washing machine. - Kitchen that is well-equipped. -TV living room 2nd floor.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Stable with charm

Sjarmerende stall fra 1800-tallet, med ny vri! Stallen er renovert og har plass til fire voksne som er svært glad i hverandre. Det er enkel standard i stallen, uten bad og med utedo. Stallen er plassert rett ved en rennende bekk og innsjøen Totak, med sandstrand som nærmeste nabo! På vinteren går det skispor rett utenfor. Det er god plass til parkering på stedet. Stallen står i nærhet til hovedhuset på tomta, men har sin egne private uteplass rett ved bekken. Sengetøy kan leies på stedet.

The cabin is located 30 meters from Rauland ski center and there are 150 km of prepared cross-country ski trails starting right outside the door. Easy arrival from the main road (150 meters from FV37). Electric car charger in carport. Bed linen, towels and basic items must be brought. Cleaning must be done by yourself.
