Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

We rent out our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In the winter you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go out into the cross-country network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the downhill slopes in Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach fine sandy beaches at Totak. Several hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Nice cabin, 960 m above sea level with idyllic open space on several sides. Sunny terraces and lovely views over mountain peaks and fishing waters. The mountain trail and ski slopes start right outside the cabin door. In 2018, the magazine "Hytteliv" had a 10-page article about the cabin. The cabin is of a very high standard and consists of 5 bedrooms (space for 16 people), 2 living rooms + basement room with billiards, darts and massage chair. 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets, laundry room, gym etc. The cabin is perfect for the extended family or several families.

Welcome to an adventurous and idyllic cabin experience 1000 m above sea level. The cabin is located in the middle of the fantastic Rauland Ski Resort. <><><> The cabin appears to be very delicate and inviting and is very rich with all its facilities. <><><> Around the cabin there is a large and spacious terrace of 70 sqm with fantastic sun conditions and a magical view. Here you are invited to fireplace, relaxation in the hot tub and cooking in the outdoor kitchen (pizza/gas oven) <><><> Very idyllic and good location. <><><>

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Cosy cabin with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.

The terrace is south/west facing with afternoon/evening sun. Outdoor furniture with fire pit on the terrace. The property is very well located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to the alpine slope and cross-country ski trails.

The cabin is located 30 meters from Rauland ski center and there are 150 km of prepared cross-country ski trails starting right outside the door. Easy arrival from the main road (150 meters from FV37). Electric car charger in carport. Bed linen, towels and basic items must be brought. Cleaning must be done by yourself.
