Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Cozy Ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen

Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

The cabin is located in the first row towards slope 23, and here you can ski right out from the terrace. There are no cabins in front, so here you can enjoy the undisturbed hot tub later in the evening overlooking the Rauland mountains while the kids can ski outside the terrace. The cabin has 3 bedrooms + loft bedroom with double bed. Low ceiling height in the loft room and only curtains for the door, so this room is best suited for children.

Two bedrooms, bathroom w/washing machine, kitchenette (without a dishwasher), and living room. Wood-fired oven. A bag of firewood - NOK 150. Large terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and fire pit. Vi bruker hytta mye, men leier ut når vi ikke har anledning til å være her selv. Ta på skiene til alpint eller langrenn og gå ut fra hytta. 1.etg: gang, toalett, 1 soverom med dobbeltseng, stue og kjøkken 2.etg: oppholdsrom med sovesofa, 2 soverom med to 120 senger på hvert av rommene. Perfekt for familie med barn/ungdom. Ikke tillat med husdyr.
