Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Koselig fjøs fra 1700-tallet er omgjort til hytte! Hytta ligger rett ved vannet i rolige omgivelser og har nydelig utsikt mot Raulandsfjell og Totaks bredder. Enkel standard, med innlagt vann og strøm, kjøkken og bad. Hytta har utedo/komposteringstoalett. Lett adkomst med bil og kort vei til turterreng. Det er skiløyper og sandstrand rett utenfor hytta. Sengetøy følger ikke med, men kan leies for kroner 100,- pr sett. Kjæledyr har ikke lov til å være i møblene, men skal holde seg på gulvet.

Velkommen til vårt ferieparadis på Rauland. Hytta var ny i 2023 og befinner seg 4 km fra sentrum. Hytta har en unik beliggenhet med panoramautsikt over fjell og vann, som kan nytes fra terrassen eller gjennom store vindusflater inne. Start dagen med kaffe i solen og avslutt kvelden med ro og stillhet mens solen går ned bak fjellene. Dette er stedet for å koble av fra hverdagen – enten dere vil gå turer i fjellet, stå på ski eller bare nyte hyttelivet.
