Such a beautiful place! Feels like a privilege to stay at such a charming old house. Very comfortable, great amenities including a well-stocked, modern kitchen, and wonderful porches. Don't miss the clawfoot tub, too. Shelly is extremely responsive and friendly, very flexible and accommodating for us. She's great! There are neighboring houses but they are quiet, it's quite a peaceful spot. And the grounds are gorgeous. Highest recommendation!

We were in the area to visit Antietam National Battlefield which was well worth it! We were very happy that Phyllis's place was available. It was clean, charming, and cozy. It was well thought out with everything working together to create a cohesive, period atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovingly renovated home.

The space was exactly as advertised. Not a 5 star hotel but was on a farm with privacy quirky and comfortable and close to Gettysburg Katy was very responsive and will stay here again when we are in the area Thanks
