This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This apartment is on the last, 3rd floor of the house and has a beautiful open sea view from the big balcony where you can sit, have your lunch and just enjoy the view. The beach is only 20 meters away from the house, a minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a extendable couch in the living room. Second, smaller bedroom has exit to the balcony. It also has 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. One parking space included.
