Quartier résidentiel, le calme, la tranquillité et la nature caractérise l'endroit. Très facile d’accès pour visiter Nice, Cannes, Monaco, et bien d’autres trésors de notre région. La villa et entièrement fermée sans aucun vis à vis. Les animaux sont admis.

Si vous aimez la nature, cette maison est pour vous. Elle est entourée par des arbres et une forêt avec plein de chemins (pour ceux qui aiment faire des randonnées).
