Plně zařízený podle nejmodernějších standardů - kávovar, toastovač, myčka nádobí, pračka, žehlička, žehlící prkno, fén... a vše ostatní co by mohlo zůstat doma zapomenuto :-). Tichá oblast v blízkosti lesa, 30 minut jízdy MHD do centra. Na přání lze zařídit vyhrazené parkování (tato služba je již zahrnuta v ceně ubytování).

An excellent place for its price. Quite minimalistic but has all the necessary features and is particularly suitable for an outgoing person who wants to enjoy the city. I was also happy with the washing machine, which allowed me to survive a week with just hand luggage. In addition, the communication with Johan worked well and he handed me the keys personally on the day of arrival.

Krasne ubytovani zarizene s citem a vkusem. Na tomto miste se zastavil cas, kde v ruce se sklenkou vinka za poslechu gramofonovych desek proste jenom "jste" a uzivate si byti. V okoli naleznete neposkozenou krajinu s peknymi vyhledy a minimem lidi. Proto pokud chcete zpomalit, toto misto je pro Vas to prave.

A wonderful location in central Brno, easily walkable to the town center and all the Brno Underground sites. Apartment had plenty of room for me and my two children, beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. Netflix on the TV was great for a bit of a relax in the afternoons/evenings. Host was always responsive, apartment was clean and check in was easy (very nice for them to allow us to check in early as well…). One detraction was the broken blind in the master bedroom which made it difficult to darken the room to sleep, but the host noted they are planning on fixing that soon… Would also be nice to be provided with shampoo and conditioner (apartment is listed with “essentials” so usually shampoo and conditioner are provided when apartments include “essentials”). Overall a great spot, would definitely recommend!

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

Si vous cherchez un appartement pour visiter Brno, cet endroit est parfait. Le logement est neuf, un grand lit et un canapé lit. Une grande salle de bain avec machine à laver. Vous aurez une vue sur le parc. Très calme.
