Extremely clean apartment, very well located, close to important commercial points. Both Joarite and the building's doormen were very kind, attentive and always willing to make us feel supported and at ease. The house offers everything a family needs, utensils in the kitchen, linens, excellent air-conditioning. I will definitely be back!!!!!

Wonderful place to rest

It was a wonderful stay. Efren was a wonderful host, thank you so much for so much. We got an early entrance, it has given you several tips of places to eat, it is very close to a bakery and a supermarket. Quiet neighborhood, I walked the good neighborhood.

We were moving to Recife and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for a more permanent home. This apartment was perfect and we were very happy with everything about it. It was exactly as advertised. The location is exceptional and the people who work in the apartment complex were always super professional and helpful. Orquidia, the owner, was also very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very well decorated and extremely clean apartment, it has a great location, next to the best breakfast in Recife, on a tree-lined street. Mrs. Rosana is always attentive, very helpful and solicitous. Perfect accommodation, we will definitely return

The apartment is excellent, very large space, very well furnished, many useful appliances available, the 4 bedrooms are large and air-conditioned in all of them, Tv, ambient sound in the room… 2 excellent suites It easily fits about 10 people inside the apartment, as we went in a group with 04 and there was still room for easy transit inside the apartment. Communication with Áurea was also very easy, fluid and flexible, helping us at various times. The apartment has a concierge and garage, the garage requires a bit of patience as it is a little tight, mainly for large cars, but always has the porter who always comes down to assist in the maneuver if necessary. The apartment has 4 bathrooms, 2 suites, 01 social and has one in the laundry room.. I just missed a door in this laundry room and would easily be 04 bathrooms, but nothing too much. In summary the apartment is excellent for groups.

Amamos stay onsite. The place is very private and we can be very comfortable. Large Pool for adults and children. And very good. The host has always been in touch with us and giving all the necessary support of what we need. Everything works properly, within the conformes. We did not have a problem with Uber to move around. Supermercados, pharmacies and everything else we need was close, you could walk. Without a doubt, we would stay again and super indicated. Thank you for everything!

A beautiful and very cozy house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, the communication was always assertive and quick and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

The house itself is spectacular. It doesn't make you want to leave there ever. All organized, all the necessary utensils available, bedding, towels, everything! Clean pool, all too nice. The location is great too, the street is super calm but soon there is an avenue that goes to various markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super solicited and pleasant to talk about. So everything was perfect. We love it too much!

It really matches the listing. Flexibility with schedules makes all the difference. I'll be back more often.

Aline is very attentive and responds super fast, she helped us with the early check-in, as we arrived a little early. The location and accommodation are great. I highly recommend the accommodation and next time in Recife I intend to stay again.

Accommodation is just like in the photos. With comfortable beds, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, blender, sandwich maker), everything! Very good location and very close to the Rio Mar mall. Super friendly, polite and helpful hosts. ❤️

We spent a fantastic weekend at Chácara Mirage!!! We were very well received by Cleide and Josenilda gave us all the necessary support and clarification. Erivânia is a wonderful, organized, helpful, and kind host. I was in Recife with my family so that my husband could undergo a complicated surgery and her apartment made all the difference in this difficult period. In addition to being extremely organized, clean, well located, equipped, my children were able to feel at home and ease their anxiety a little, because it is spacious and the facilities helped a lot. The doormen are very helpful, the residents... everything was very good! Erivânia was always present in the messages, asking if everything was okay and was also very kind, allowing some relatives to visit. We had absolutely no problems, quite the opposite. The apartment is very close to Boa Viagem beach. There is a restaurant and drugstore right in front. The host was very attentive during our stay.
