Holiday rentals with a patio in Recoleta

The victory space is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard power outlets throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was still a robe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

We stayed there before. The area is very good, restaurants, shopping, pubs, children's playground very close. The apartment is very comfortable and warm. In my opinion, the apartment lacks some basic kitchen implements, such as a microwave, knives with which you can peel a fruit (knives that cut) and some other things. We'll be back for sure.

I highly recommend it. Stefi is very kind and we were able to coordinate the time we arrived for check-in. The area is very quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very cute, just like the photos. It has everything you need for an amazing stay ❤️

My contact was with Eugenia, she was clear and very expeditious. The dpto is beautiful and quiet, excellently located. Check-in/out methodology, super efficient and flexible. The apartment itself is impeccable, as seen in the photos. The balcony is very nice. The apartment is comfortable and functional. He doesn't have a TV subscription. Content can only be viewed online. The building is quite old and unkempt. The elevator was quite neglected. I don't care about it in the slightest, but it's a point that someone else might care about.

A very well located apartment in the heart of Recoleta. A lot to do in the area and the surrounding area. Being on a high floor is much better isolated from traffic noise than other apartments in the city. The apartment has everything, including washing machine and the host is well attentive and always responds promptly. Recommended.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

The place was so fun! Arcade games were a huge hit ! Damian was easy to communicate with. Comfy beds! Great location , fruit store across the street!

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

I didn't rate everything 5 stars just because. Andrea's service is really good and non-invasive. The neighborhood is nice, the apartment is nice and perfectly adjusted to the price-quality ratio. I dare say that the quality received is much higher than the price paid.

A nice apartment with really nice furniture in a good neigbourhood. Not too far from two metro stations and in a relatively quiet street. All in all a very good choice.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
