We had an amazing time at Alex’s Airbnb! The house was clean, inviting and unique! We chose his place because of all the fun amenities and the unique vibe. Don’t settle for a basic house or a hotel. His place is where you want to stay when visiting Grand Junction or Palisade. There was so much to do! We celebrated my aunt’s 50th birthday and took her to some wineries in Palisade (which is only a 15 minute drive.) However, we spent the majority of our trip hanging out at the house enjoying the pool, tiki bar, hot tub, game room and fire pit. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and exciting time with their family and friends. We didn’t have any issues, but Alex was very responsive to any of our questions. The house is as advertised. Beautiful vistas, yard, pool, room for 14 people. If you think you might need or want, bring your own washcloths and dishtowels as only a few of each were provided. It was great they had a bin of pool towels outside to use. Maria was very responsive when we had questions. I would certainly book here again.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic! Brand new, clean, and had everything we needed. If you are a mountain biker, book this place! It's central to all the trails. I can't wait to come back!

We had the perfect stay at Nigel’s place. The cleanliness is immaculate! Home felt so cozy and inviting. Everything is well stocked with lots of thoughtful extras. We enjoyed the board games. The screened in porch was a wonderful place to relax. The beds are all so comfortable. Loved the convenience of parking in the garage too. Very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this home again.

This peach of a farmhouse is truly a hidden gem! We have been multiple times and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palisade. Julie as always is the perfect host everything is in order and as advertised. Great find and even better peaches!

Loved the house, location and hosts. Worked perfectly for our needs.

Can walk to town for breakfast or shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need and had a good work area. The desk had pencils and pens and scissors and tape and things you need but don't frequently find in an Air B&B. Quiet neighborhood and pleasant home.

Beautiful deck out back that allowed the grandparents to enjoy the outside.

We stayed at the log cabin for a long weekend in May and loved mostly everything about it. It was two families of three with a teenager and a toddler. The house is located a bit outside of town but right by Colorado NM. It is clear that people live there as the space if full of little knick-knacks that make it very personal and full of character. There are three bedrooms (2 double beds and one with a pair of single beds) that were all comfortable and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pots, and crockery. There is a huge yard between the house and Riggs Hill (a paleontology excavation site) with a grill, a huge fire pit, and some picnic tables. We didn't use the fire pit, but Linda offered to light it up for us and provide wood and all. She was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a tour of the house, which was lovely. We didn't need much extra, but we felt she was always available and ready to help. We would love to come back some day.
