Spacious holiday home on a quiet park - fully refurbished in 2016. Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother, Sigrid, is a co-host, cleaning fee, and caretaker in a person who wouldn't do anything here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We have had so many great guests and are now looking forward to seeing you! We observe the coronavirus rules and clean particularly thoroughly incl. Disinfection. Check in at a distance!

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and a view of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden.
