Monthly Rentals in Refugio Villarrica

Patricia’s apartment is ideal for long term stays, especially for digital nomads. It has a small but well-stocked kitchen, a desk in the bedroom and a table in the living room for working from, and fast internet. My partner and I lived and worked from this apartment for two months and were very happy there! Location wise, it’s about a 30 minute walk from the center of town, which we didn’t mind. Also, we were there in the fall (shoulder season) so we didn’t have a problem finding Ubers when we didn’t want to do the walk.

Excellent place to stay overnight and explore the surroundings, super good location less than 10 minutes from Pucón with private gate access and easy to get to both day or night (it is the most illuminated place in the sector). The Host Karen a 7.0 recommended us being in place several panoramas of the sector and prior to arrival we coordinated everything in the friendliest and clearest way possible so as not to have any problems or doubts. Without a doubt, it is in our Top of best places stayed.

Absolutely idyllic location overlooking the lake, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Pucón. The comments about it being difficult to get to in a 2wd are overblown -- I had the absolute bare bones economy rental and it had just rained when I arrived and I had no issues at all getting up the gravel road. Spotlessly clean, great amenties, and well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were super communicative and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend, will be back soon!

Carla and Jorge's house is absolutely beautiful and has been very well designed. It's brand new and built to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need from frying eggs to baking a cake. Great pans, utensils and equipment. The living room which is part of an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is extremely comfortable and you have access to numerous streaming platforms. The beds and linens are all very comfy and they are also very high quality. The house is far enough from town to have a countryside feel, but close enough to not be inconvenient. As an added plus, Carla and Jorge are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've stayed in over 100 AirBnbs. The house and experience is right at the top of the list. We loved our time there and plan to return in the future. Enjoy!
