It is ideal for your work stay in the region or for your guest lectureship. Additionally, it offers a quiet and cozy retreat in the countryside. Nevertheless, Regensburg is quickly accessible by car (20 minutes), bus, and train.

You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
