Villa holiday rentals in Reggio Calabria

Tolles Haus auf 3 Etagen für viele Personen mit 10 Schlafplätzen in 3 Schlafzimmern. Es gibt 2 Bäder mit einer Dusche und 4 tolle Terrassen - 2 davon mit schönem Ausblick auf das Wasser. Die Einrichtung und das Haus ist typisch italienisch, es ist liebevoll, simpel und funktional für einen Ferien-Aufenthalt ausgestattet und sehr geräumig; der Garten ist besonders toll gestaltet mit vielen Sitzecken, tollen Pflanzen sowie Außengrill. Nur den Föhn haben wir nicht gefunden. Gino ist ein toller Gastgeber! Er wollte uns sogar vom Flughafen abholen, hat uns das Haus gezeigt und wo wir alles finden. Im Kühlschrank standen kalte Getränke bei unserer Ankunft und er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben. Auch zwischendurch war Gino immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten zu viert eine außergewöhnlich tolle Zeit bei Gino und können sehr empfehlen, hier Urlaub zu machen.

L'host è stato impeccabile sempre carino, gentile e disponibile. La casa è molto bella con un bel giardino, in una zona tranquilla ma a 300 mt dalla spiaggia reali, a poca distanza , raggiungibile anche a piedi, il centro di Saline dove si trovano bar, ristoranti, pasticcerie, supermercati, farmacia e altro. Nel vialetto interno ci si entra comodamente con una macchina grande (ho un renault scenic 7 posti), nel cortile c'è anche una doccia esterna e il BBQ.

Salvatore the host was super friendly and always responded when we tried to communicate with him. Place is peaceful and ideal for our stay since we had dogs with us. The location was a bit tricky because the GPS gives you another track but other than that all was fine. Will defenetly reccomend.

Maurizio's place was lovely, seemed newly renovated and was nicely-appointed. We were there in Feb, but the beach was still walkable and food was relatively close by. Our host responded quickly and helped when asked. Location is really lovely.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et d'une propreté irréprochable. Silvestro ou sa famille sont disponibles en tout temps pour répondre à vos demandes. Si vos souhaits sont réalisable, ils le seront dans la journée. Nous avons été conquis par cette offre de logement! Merci encore pour tout!

Giuseppe and his wife, Angela, were the kindest, most hospitable, most caring hosts imaginable. The villa itself is a dream, but to have these fine people along with it is to enjoy a perfect combination. We stayed in the off season, so some of the Seaside amenities were not available, and a few restaurants were closed, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the area very much. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the house, which makes it very easy to get to and from the nearby city of Messina, including access from the central rail/bus terminal. There is a food and sundries store within walking distance, a post office—and of course plenty of gelato vendors! The Villa’s pool is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, although cushions for the lounge chairs would be a big plus. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the Villa but operating them took a lot of guesswork—manuals would have saved time. Overall, a stunning home in a lovely location, with incredibly kind hosts.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Daniella was incredibly helpful always responsive and had great recommendations. The house photos do not do it justice! The outside space is amazing and the inside was clean and had everything we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of wonderful food options walking, beach, shops, etc. Would definitely love to come back!

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

We had a wonderful stay in Ornella’s Villa. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The en-suite bedroom was great and they had a cot and high chair there too. It is the perfect place for entertaining. Two beautiful outdoor areas to eat. It is a five minute walk to the beach but we found it difficult to leave the Villa because the pool was so amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Francesco. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer est tout simplement incroyable. La maison comporte une décoration à l’italienne très kitch mais on adore. Francesco est un hôte accueillant et discret qui nous a laissé profiter pleinement de l’endroit.

our family spent the most unforgettable vacation in this house. Sebastian is one of the best hosts we have ever met! despite the delay of our flight, he personally met us and prepared food and even wine), we felt very welcome at home. The villa is located in a small quiet Sicilian city, in which everything you need for a great holiday within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets and small grocery stores are all nearby. and most importantly, the beach is right outside the gate of the house. In fact, the house is even brighter in life than in the photo, it is very clean, with excellent kitchen equipment like at home. we really enjoyed living in it and we can't wait to return. 😘

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Calabria! The property exceeded all of our expectations. The garden was stunning, filled with vibrant flowers and lush greenery, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The pool was a highlight for us—crystal clear and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape on warm days. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host, Elio, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is very close to some incredible, world renowned beaches like Scilla or Tropea. There are also several Michelin rated restaurants within close proximity. Additionally, it is close to both regional airports! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This is a true gem in Calabria, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!
