E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. Bologna Boutique Home is a large, warm and comfortable relais of 80 square meters developed on 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms, and related private bathrooms one double room and one with 2 twin beds easily convertible in king size bed, ultra modern kitchen and large living room with 55’ Digital TV. Both 2 rooms are equipped with a fine bed sheet, terry towels, courtesy set and TV.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
