At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

The appartment is a bilocal with bathroom (shower/hydromassage), kitchen and a comfortable bedroom fitted with double-size bed and two single beds. The appartment is surraunded by a beautiful garden with a gazebo, a wood oven and a barbecue. Disabled people are wellcome.
