Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
