Renovated apartment of 50 square meters on the 1st floor in a small detached house at the back of our garden with no neighbors. We use the ground floor as a garage. On the edge of a quiet street, you will be close to the historic center (10 min walk) and access to Puy Mary. Free parking at the top of the street 150 m away, possibility to stop in front of the accommodation to drop off luggage and leave bicycles in our garage. Terrace not accessible except during the Éclat festival week.

A small table is available outside. Parking in the courtyard of the house or on the street. No pets or parties please. Attention: our living rooms are located just above the studette. This way, you can hear noise during your stay!

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
