NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Especially the possibility is that you can take pottery courses for any age. Our place is suitable for couples, but also for families. The Reisermühle. In the middle of nature.

We rent out the outhouse on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 free-range pigs, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful stream where you can make great stream walks through the forest. In about 600m distance there is a swimming lake. 5 minutes by car to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and 1 hour to the mountains.
