Unser Haus, BJ 1934, wurde 2024 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden viele originale Bestandteile des Hauses, wie z.B. die Vollholztüren, restauriert und wiederverwendet. Mit viel Altholz und kleinen liebevollen Details entstand ein einzigartiges Wohnambiente, das in vielen Bereichen an eine Alm erinnert. Hierbei kommt jedoch der gewohnte Komfort nicht zu kurz. Das Erdgeschoß ist für Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte geeignet. Eine Feuerschale im Garten und eine Saunahütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Unser Refugium, umarmt von majestätischen Bergen, direkt am See und mit eigenem Haus und Seezugang, lässt dich in eine zauberhafte Zeit eintauchen. Winterzauber in 15 Minuten bei der Steinplatte, ein Skitraum. Im Sommer: Vor dem Frühstück in den direkt am Grundstück gelegenen See springen und dann ab in die Berge – ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike.
