The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

The apartment contains a fully equipped high-quality kitchen with a microwave, Senso coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer and toaster. In addition to the 2 box-spring beds, two sofa beds are available. Towels and linens are optional. In the garden you will find chickens and 2 dwarf roosters. Opposite is a small grocery store with a bakery and butcher shop that is open from 7 am to 12 pm. There is a restaurant in the village. The many bike and hiking trails characterize the area.

Linens and towels are included in the rental price. There is also a small room with a washing machine and ironing board, which can be used free of charge.

Hiking, canoeing and draisine rides are possible from Medard. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.
