Public transportation 3 minutes away, supermarket 2 minutes away They have a washer and dryer inside the apartment is an easy area to park has an area for children. Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Quiet, bright & cosy apartment EPFL with parking

My apartment is easy to access by train, bus or car. The Renens train station is only 4 minutes by foot away and if you’re driving I have a private parking space in front of the building free of charge. Quiet and bright the apartment is situated at the 3rd and last floor of an early century building. Unfortunately at that time they didn’t set up an elevator so there are some steps to climb.

Independent studio, very close to the city center and the main train station. The studio is not luxurious, but it is clean, with equipped kitchen-hall, a spacious furnished bedroom, and a balcony across the width of the studio. Bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Very bright, quiet area, very accessible, and trade nearby.
