Small village apartment

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Simple and convenient

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Maison climatisée de 50m² à la campagne, pour 2 personnes. Logement indépendant dans un endroit calme et reposant, à 1 km 300 du Canal du Midi. - Au rez-de-chaussée, séjour/cuisine/salon de 26 m² avec canapé et un piano numérique type Clavinona. Cuisine équipée. Une salle de bains de 4 m² avec douche. - A l'étage, chambre de 20 m² avec un lit électrique très confortable (2x90x200). Aux alentours, très belle région riche en paysages, lacs, histoire, architecture. Gîte non fumeur.

Vous séjournerez dans le gîte de 80m² qui est mitoyen à nôtre maison, entouré par les chats, chevaux et poules. L'intimité est préservé avec nos espaces extérieurs séparés.

Additionally, it's conveniently located a 20-minute walk from the TFC stadium or a 5-minute drive away.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This house boat is rented as a river gite; it will not be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi by staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are nearby. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
