Logement indépendant dans un endroit calme et reposant, à 1 km 300 du Canal du Midi. - Au rez-de-chaussée, séjour/cuisine/salon de 26 m² avec canapé et un piano numérique type Clavinona. Cuisine équipée. Une salle de bains de 4 m² avec douche. - A l'étage, chambre de 20 m² avec un lit électrique très confortable (2x90x200). Aux alentours, très belle région riche en paysages, lacs, histoire, architecture. Gîte non fumeur. Pas d'animaux.

Situé au premier étage et ne donnant pas sur la rue, vous bénéficiez du calme, tout en ayant les commodités à proximité : au cœur du village, vous aurez accès à pied aux boutiques : métiers de bouche, centre commercial, restaurants... A quelques minutes à pied de la gare, vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à Toulouse, Carcassonne où la mer ! Vous disposez : du wifi, les draps et serviettes sont fournis.

La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Optionally in the evening, a platter of 10 varieties of farm cheeses will be served in the cabin or outside to admire the sunset accompanied by salad and wine as well as gourmet homemade desserts.

Quick access by highway to the mountains or the sea, Villenouvelle train station is a 5-min walk.
