The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! Walking distance to the railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Driving distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoor activities) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness center in Svansele! Internet is available via fiber.
