From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.
