Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

Lakeside guest house on scenic Resarö with 2-minute walk to swimming area with jetty and beach, tennis courts and summer café with rights. Beautiful walking paths and proximity to several other swimming areas. Close to shops and restaurants in Vaxholm. The guest house has a combined bedroom and dining room, a large bathroom with toilet, laundry sink, shower cabin and washing machine/dryer. In the well-equipped kitchenette, there is a two-burner induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave with steam function.

Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Cozy guesthouse with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

This architecturally designed villa with sea views on Resarö is very peaceful. The living room has 7 meter high cealing. The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Serene cabin by Stockholm National Park

Enjoy walking the forest trails, swimming at the beach by the lake 1 km away, relaxing in the garden and exploring the Stockholm archipelago. Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!
