Holiday rentals with a patio in Reservoir La Viñuela

Wow!! We absolutely loved our stay at Primer's place. The indoor space itself is gorgeous - really spacious, excellent amenities, wonderfully decorated, homey, everything we could've asked for. The outdoor space is FANTASTIC - incredible patio offering a truly dreamy view of Granda (plus, we loved the bathtub!). Not to mention the location. Situated in a calm yet vibrant area of Granada, Primer's place offers easy access to excellent local restaurants as well as the city center - it feels both private and, "in the mix." The best of both worlds. We're already planning another stay at Primer's! Definitely the best AirBnB we've ever booked. Highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely! The apartment is really nice and modern and the garden is amazing. The only thing which could be better is the more storage space like a dresser in the living room or under the sink in the bathroom. But that's only because we had a lot of things for our 1 week stay. Besides from that it was perfect.

Antonio’s rental was definitely one of the best rentals we’ve experienced. It offered a spacious, well-lit, clean apartment with a comfortable bed, fabulous rain shower & lovely atmosphere. Air conditioning was wonderful as weather was very hot in June! It was nice to have a washing machine & room to hang clothes on private patio. Great kitchen, though we only used it for breakfast and snacks. Location was perfect- right in historic old town, which leads directly to Malaga Centro. Felt safe as numerous people out and about all the time. We walked everywhere & beach was about 25 minutes away on foot. Once or twice we took an Uber/Bolt when we were too exhausted - reasonable price. One comment re check-in. The key was a bit tricky at first but easy once we figured it out. To open, turn key to the right (2 full revolutions) then pull door towards you, and keep turning a bit further, and door opens with ease. Excellent rental!

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

Stunning sea views from both the front terrace and the balcony at the back. Everything was brand new and the facilities amazing. The host Anneli was quick to reply to messages and had prepared a very nice welcome folder in the apartment with all the information we needed. Nice touch also with the wine, water and crisps that I got when I arrived. I recommend you to get a rental car as the complex is on a hill. You can walk easily down to the beach (just over 1 km) but it’s a steep walk back up. The livingroom/kitchen was a bit small, but the front terrace is very spacious and with both a dining table, sofa area and a fold away sun lounger (which was not on the pictures). Outdoor facilities like padel court, climbing wall, table tennis, mini golf, gym and more made this a perfect spot if you want to mix up total tranquility with some exercise. 100% recommended, I will be back!

This airbnb was our absolute favourite place that we have ever stayed in. The apartment is very functional, modern, and well designed with a comfy bed, great air conditioning and plush towels. And the view - I’m not sure I will be able to capture the view in words. The apartment is the penthouse of a beautiful older building and overlooks the plaza nueva, facing the Alhambra. This view is stunning day or night and sitting on the patio at sunset with cold drinks was a highlight for sure. Listening to the bells ring from the church nearby in the morning was simply magical. It’s close to transportation and major attractions. Cecelio has vast knowledge of Granada and provided wonderful suggestions of what to see/do/eat and the distance from the apartment as well. both he and Nadia were very caring and kind. I cannot wait to return and stay here again! If you’re wondering, book it now, you will not regret it. Gracias Cecelio y Nadia!

Beautiful, modern, and spacious. One of the best Airbnb's we've ever experienced and that includes both this awesome apartment and Paula, who was a wonderful host. Paula communicated continuously and provided a lot of great local information to enhance our experience. Paula responded quickly to any inquiry with excellent, detailed suggestions and directions. We loved the welcome snacks, water, and beer, which was really appreciated as we entered the apartment. Great place to stay and HIGHLY recommended!

Alex was a super responsive and flexible host. his place was incredible! the views were unbeatable and loved having the pool there. the drive is very steep and high up so wouldn't recommend doing it if you are scared of heights but otherwise amazing!

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

Very nice accommodation and as advertised. Climbing the stairs may require a little effort, but the view is well worth it! It went very well, I would recommend it in a second. Thank you for hosting us:)

Really cute place, the private pool and private garden were perfect. We even bought an inflatable lilo to laze about in the little pool! A few mins walk to the beach and less than 10 mins to the supermarket with lots of bus routes 3-10 mins walk. Hosts were great. Really friendly. The only slight negatives I have were a lack of an oven/grill/bbq/airfryer (anyone would do!) which we need because we have allergies and need to cook our own meals everyday. But we made do. Hosts did offer use of their oven! The other thing was that the second bedroom is a mezzanine and has a curtain rather than a door. Thanks for having us. X

This is a lovely house with fantastic views. It is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and relaxation. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. You obviously need to drive everywhere and it is important to follow Maria’s directions or you can end up on less good roads. I would love to return.

We had a wonderful holiday from start to finish and picked the perfect place to stay. Jose Antonio’s place had everything you could ask for - it was spotlessly clean and oozed authentic charm whilst offering all the necessary modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and eating food cooked on the BBQ under the terrace, overlooking that amazing view. When we managed to pull ourselves away from the house, it was a 2 minute walk round to the local bars, restaurants and shops. The locals were really welcoming and child friendly. Correspondence with the hosts was super quick and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special and memorable time. We would not hesitate to return here as we felt really well looked after and it was ideal for the holiday we wanted. As the description states, this place truly is a hidden gem! Great place to stay! Amazing view! We enjoyed it. If you have a toddler it doesn’t fit for the family of 2 adults and a child because there is not enough place inside. There are not enough cuttlers in the kitchen. There are many insects outside the house.

Davids place was exactly what we wanted, it had great access to the town centre. David was very helpful and great at communicating. The space was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay!

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Of course, we particularly liked the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, Jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use, The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

We had a fantastic time in Virgina’s apartment! So central, a beautiful space and she is a pleasure to work with!

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! beautiful apartment with a stunning view and roof terrace. What would have been a finishing touch would have been a shower on the roof to cool you down as it was so hot! Had such a relaxing time, lovely dining area for evening eating in. Showers in both bathrooms were lovely, nice and hot and lots of towels provided. Just a great apartment in a fantastic spot for Mijas centre.

Absolutely stunning views. The photos don’t do it justice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The extra touches were appreciated. We will definitely be back. Amazing place!!

M & G were very hospitable. They were responsive and always available. The place is exactly as pictured and the view is spectacular! Everything in Mijas Pueblo is walking distance. A very quaint town with amazing history and great food.
