Mas hermoso que en las fotos, muy comodo, muy buenos con los horarios para llegar antes, lo zona es linda no hubo ningun problema y los ruidos no eran molestos.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Fantastic stay in Palermo - apartment is full of character with spectacularly high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Location is excellent and would definitely stay again. Neil made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend.

The place was pretty good. Big and spacious to have family and friends over. Very nice location close to the subway and buses. San Telmo is great if you like the business and vibrancy of Buenos Aires.

Excelente departamento en la calle más linda de Buenos Aires. Un lugar agradable, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Dolores es una excelente anfitriona, recomiendo 100% el departamento. Seguro volveremos!

Angie- очень приветливая, пунктуальная и ответственная хозяйка. Заселение и выезд прошли в согласованное время, без ожиданий. Когда понадобился ремонт плиты- техник пришел быстро, через 3 часа после нашей заявки. Локация удобная, шума от дороги нет. До супермаркета 5 минут. Рядом выезд на проспект, нет проблем с транспортом. Пешком можно дойти ло исторического центра Recoleto. В целом хороший вариант для размещения

Excelente apartamento en buenos aires, se encontraba impresionantemente limpio todo. El anfitrión muy amable me permitió quedarme unas horas más sin cargo. Seguro que voy a volver a este alojamiento y lo super recomiendo.

We stayed at this cute studio flat for two nights and had a very positive experience. It is well located, comfortable, and Rosana was a great, accommodating host. 100% recommend.

El alojamiento tiene lo suficiente para una estadía corta. La parte de la cocina no la use porque comí afuera siempre. Pero contaba con los utensilios necesarios para una comida de paso. La anfitriona contestaba rápido y fue muy amable

A estadia foi excelente. Tudo muito tranquilo. O espaço correspondia ao descritivo do anúncio,limpo e organizado . A Karina sempre clara nas informações e proativa para nos auxiliar. A localização excelente, próximo a vários pontos turísticos e de fácil acesso. Enfim, gostamos muito de passar estes dias no apartamento de Karina. Obrigado.

El departamento está ubicado en un vecindario elegante y seguro con una vista bella al río y el área de Retiro. El ambiente en el departamento es muy acogedor, bien decorado, limpio y cómodo. La cocina es bastante amplia y en la parte exterior tiene lavadora de ropa. Los closets tanto en la sala como en el cuarto son amplios. Lola es una anfitriona atenta y mantiene buena comunicación con los inquilinos y empleados del edificio quienes proveen seguridad y atención al viajero. Me encantaría hospedarme de nuevo en este departamento cuando regrese a Buenos Aires.

O local é exatamente como nas fotos. Os travesseiros e cama super confortáveis. Cozinha com utensílios necessários. Banheiro com chuveiro com temperaturas ótimas para o frio. A localização é excelente pois fica do lado do Porto Madero dá para caminhar por todo o Porto. Muito bom mesmo vale a estadia.

The place was very comfortable, had everything I needed for the night I stayed. Well located, walkable to restaurants and really close to the nightlife of downtown Buenos Aires. But still the flat was quiet and I could relax. Above all, the place was impeccable; sparkling clean. Honestly of the highest standards I’ve experienced in my airbnb “tenure”. Uriel and his team were helpful and responsive. I recommend 100%.

Muy buena experiencia, la verdad es que Jorge y Betty han sido muy atentos en todo, nos explicaron y aconsejaron de acuerdo a lo que les consultamos, el lugar es ideal ya que está en una zona donde hay de todo, la verdad que si tenemos la posibilidad de volver no dudo que me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar

Excelente acomodação, atendeu as expectativas. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. A anfitriã, Vicky, sempre respondeu rapidamente e foi flexível com horários.

Hermoso lugar, excelente ubicación (a la vuelta del obelisco) y super limpio y ordenado. El lugar es tranquilo y esta bien equipado, tiene cocina con todo lo necesario, heladera, televisor, chromecast, microondas y hasta un secador de pelo. La atención también fue muy buena y el proceso de check in fue sencillo. A su vez tambien me enviaron recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y para comer. Fuí con mi novia un fin de semana largo y quedamos super conformes!

El depto muy bonito, vale la pena principalmente por las vistas pero quizás en relación precio calidad está alto. La atención muy buena. Para turistas seguro es algo util por la ubicación tan céntrica.
