Questo è il primo dei due appartamenti che possono essere affittati singolarmente o occupando la totalità della villa. L’appartamento di circa 65 m² ospita tre adulti o due adulti e due bambini nel divano letto. Wi-Fi, televisori aria condizionata, caminetto, e soprattutto un’aria esterna incredibile.

Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. You can enjoy the Villa with its own swimming pool and wide views over the wine fields here. Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here, and he makes you feel right at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also go to the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful happening every day.

On a hilltop, overlooking the Trebbia Valley, a private retreat entirely to yourselves. Built in 1866 and lovingly restored, this is not a standard accommodation, but a unique experience in the heart of Monferrato.

Borgo Sfogliata - Grandpa's house - Mornico Losana

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The accommodation is located in an ancient stone building once used as a stable with an adjoining barn. The building is located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a wide 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, dotted with vineyards and medieval villages. In addition to breakfast, you can enjoy the restaurant service based on local products accompanied by the PDO wines (white and red) we produce.
