The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

You are at the center of the tourist triangle of Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi and the departments of Haute Garonne, Tarn and Aude.

British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom. Our Mélèze gîte is ideal for a family with children or teenagers. We are located 100 m from the lake of St Ferréol and its nautical center, at the end of a private dead end, in the peace of our oak grove. We have a play area for children, a pétanque court, a trampoline, a zip line, swings and a covered, uncovered heated swimming pool (except from June to September) shared with the other 2 gîtes.
