Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

This stylish and completly furnished, one-room apartment with private bathroom and kitchen is quietly located in the middle of Heidelberg's historic center. The main room has a 160x200 cm bed, storage space, a sofa and a work station. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the bathroom there is a washing machine. Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Private room in Art Nouveau villa (ZE-2022-4-WZ-120B)

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Old building apartment to feel good in the center

From this centrally located place, you can walk to the old town, the university hospitals and the train station in a few minutes. The carefully furnished apartment offers a pleasant retreat after active days and a fantastic view over the rooftops of Heidelberg, which can be enjoyed from a small cozy balcony with evening sun. Die Ferienwohnung erfreut durch ihre helle und freundliche Einrichtung, sie ist praktisch und gemütlich. Es erwartet Sie der Komfort, den Sie sich für ein paar Tage Urlaub (oder eine Dienstreise) wünschen. Die Wohnung selbst erreichen Sie über ca. 70 Treppenstufen (ist somit nicht barrierfefrei), Süd-West-Hanglage mit separatem Eingang.. Herzlich willkommen!
