Bright basement apartment on the outskirts of Speyer.

Former children's room/party room "not a 5 star hotel ",functional and good. Non-smoking. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Ca1300 meters to Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to Cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Altrhein are very close . A guest said I should mention the Rheinradweg, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity ,for bikes and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only conditionally suitable for allergy sufferers.

We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.
