Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a village character. Within walking distance 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and ideally accessible by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

This place is worth more than the price. It was an amazing space—even though the bathroom was outside the bedroom, it was used exclusively for that room, as there is another bathroom upstairs for the other rooms. It was also easy to find a parking spot near by. I loved it and now I understand why it is always fully booked.

Kathrin is a great hostess, with whom you lack nothing. Warm welcome, short introduction to the really beautiful and stylishly furnished apartment and even my own slippers! Chihuahua Gizmo, who sometimes visits, is probably the most relaxed and quiet Chihuahua in the world, a very fine little guy. The Friday night guests on Kathrin's terrace were also all super nice people, and during my stay I could switch between company and privacy at any time, depending on what I was in the mood for. I felt right at home. On my next visit to Mannheim, the first thing I will do is check if your room is available again. Thanks for the great weekend and hopefully see you soon! ♥️

I booked for my aunt. They were very warmly welcomed and immediately felt very comfortable. Room and bathroom very tastefully furnished. Even a coffee machine and of course coffee, filter, etc. are there. The room has direct access to the terrace, which can be shared. View of the paradise garden. I would be happy to accommodate guests here again at any time.

Maria was really nice and friendly! She gave a warm welcome and even took my luggage upstairs🥹. It was a nice warm bedroom with a big bed, chairs, small table, study table, spacious cupboard and even a small fridge (had checked on this before-hand with Maria)! A clean, spacious, shared bathroom was provided with the availability of hot water! She even offered to get my clothes washed, if necessary. Overall I’m really happy with my stay and host!😊

I had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s apartment! The hosts were very friendly and warm, and made sure I was comfortable and have been extremely helpful! The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and located right in the heart of the old town. I highly recommend a stay there, and look forward to visiting them again! :)

An absolute dream, not only because of the accommodation, but mainly because of the hostess! The communication was fast, warm and super straightforward. Every question was answered immediately, she had great tips for the area and was always available. Her hospitality has made the stay extra special. The place itself was just as perfect: sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and everything you need. The location to the convention building is perfect, in 5 minutes walking you are there. We'll be happy to come back every time!
