Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

*PURE NATURE* Forest cottage at the farmhouse in the countryside

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Tiny House im Garten

Wir bieten ein 36 qm großes separates Ferienhäuschen im Garten unseres Grundstückes an. Es besteht aus Schlafzimmer (180cm breites Bett), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher), allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenbahn und Bus sind es 3 Minuten. Von dort sind es 10 Minuten zum ZDF oder Universität. Zum Zentrum sind es 14 Minuten. Fahrräder kann man mieten.

Located directly on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or jogging, and just a few minutes' walk to the city center (15 min). The modern guest house offers an open living area with a small kitchenette and a cozy lounge corner. The sleeping area on the gallery creates a spacious feeling of space. Fitness facilities such as yoga or a treadmill as well as a private parking space are provided.

Klein aber fein - Gartenhaus mit Küche und Bad für 1 bis 2 Personen. Es gibt Parkplätze an der Straße und der Bahnhof zur RB12 nach Frankfurt ist 250 m entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Flughafen und die Messe Frankfurt in 20 Minuten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind natürlich ausreichend vorhanden. Die Couch kann zum Schlafen umgebaut werden. Über dem Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist noch ein Abstellraum zu erreichen.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Modern living in a historic farmhouse

In our historic farmhouse in Friedrichsdorf, we have a beautiful two-room apartment with about 50 square meters for guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen in the living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed with two beds and a large bathroom with natural light with a double sink and large shower. There is also a private terrace with seating.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
