Das gut 45m2 grosse Studio für 2 Personen hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, Bodenheizung und einem eigenem Eingang. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 400m erreichbar. Eine Ladestation mit AC CCS Stecker kann gegen Gebühr gerne genützt werden.
