Eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung die eine 50 Quadratmeter Terrasse mit Panoramablick auf den Bodensee hat und je nach Anzahl Gäste 1-2 Zimmern mit Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht, lässt kaum noch Wünsche für ihre Ferien offen. Man ist in ca. 15 min. zu Fuss im Zentrum von Rorschach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz. Ein Roller kann auf Anfrage dazu gemietet werden. Ein Cheminée lädt zu entspannten Abenden ein.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Relax and recharge in the 200-year-old historic gardener's house. Idyllically located on the edge of the forest and a few minutes' walk to the village center. Ideal for 2 adults. Pretty garden, fireplace for cozy evenings, breakfast by arrangement (small extra charge), electric charging station available at the local rate. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children from 6 years (on request). Unfortunately, the facility is not suitable for small children.

Das Interieur des Tiny House ist modern, stilvoll und insbesondere mit viel Liebe zum Detail von mir gestaltet worden. Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, 4 Gas-Herdplatten, Spüle, Spülmaschine eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine sowie einem Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.

In the Hüsli, an original Appenzell farmhouse (with empty annex), you will enjoy a unique view over the Rhine Valley to the Austrian mountains. The cottage is quietly located in nature, perfect for relaxing, hiking or biking, but still easily accessible by car, the Appenzeller train is about a 15-minute walk (pick-up service for arrival and departure possible).
