Modern, and luxe house on beautiful location

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. This large, renovated farmhouse is at about one hour drive from Cologne and Trier, in the beautiful Eifel. Here is a lot to do, just look into my travel guide.

Alte Färberei Runkel (bis zu 30 Gäste)

Die Alte Färberei in Runkel ist ein Gästehaus für Selbstversorger. Sie wird jeweils nur an eine Gruppe vermietet. Es können bis zu 30 Personen im Haus übernachten, davon 16 in Betten und 14 im Matratzenlager (Matratzen vorhanden). Die Alte Färberei ist perfekt geeignet für Treffen im Familien- und Freundeskreis sowie für Seminare und Firmenveranstaltungen, mit mindestens zwei Übernachtungen. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Altes Pfarrhaus Eifel (2 Personen)

Das alte Pfarrhaus, erbaut um 1712 läd nach über 50 Jahren Leerstand und einer kompletten Denkmalsanierung nun wieder zum verweilen ein. Der Fokus der Sanierung lag auf dem Erhalt der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz, sowie der Verwendung von Naturbaustoffen. Natursteinböden, neue und alte Eichendielen, Lehmputz, Kalkfarben und Vollholzküche gepaart mit krummen Wänden und Designklassikern verleihen dem alten Pfarrhaus einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir gerne mit euch teilen!

Wohnen im Alten Rathaus zu Laurenburg im englischen Landhausstil an der Lahn. Wir laden Euch zum Verweilen ein, Sommer wie Winter - fühlt Euch wohl in unserem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Schreibtisch für HomeOffice Tage, ein geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und freistehender Badewanne zum Relaxen. Im Obergeschoss findet sich das stilvolle Atelier als Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit Kamin sowie die offene Küche mit Gasherd und ein Balkon.

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can store your bikes in the outbuilding.
