Secluded within its own tree-lined wildflower meadow alongside the River Alaw, it offers peace and tranquility second to none. The cottage is semi-detached with its own entrance, parking & facilities including modern kitchen, en suite bathroom, shower & Sky TV. The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

This 5 person, dog friendly (max 2) holiday let is home from home. 3 bedrooms (1 kingsize bed, 1 twin & 1 single) fully equiped with enclosed garden. 2 bathrooms ( 1 with downstairs walk in shower) Netflix/amazon prime wi fi . Theres a super shop just a short walk way. Parys Mountain is a 5 minute drive which is a fantastic walk discovering all about the anicent copper mines with amazing views the sunsets are beautiful. At back of house is a park and great for a kick about football.

With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

We are just 4 miles from the nearest beach at Cemaes Bay and close to the Cemlyn nature reserve renowned for bird watching,seal and porpoise spotting.

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 9 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites.
