The house is extremely clean, well maintained, clean bathrooms, bed and bath linens in excellent condition. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils in working order. The environment is airy, pleasant, a quiet place, close to the area of great commerce, and it is possible to walk to supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The outdoor area is very well maintained, with cozy environments. The view of the lagoon is a wonderful attraction! It is an ideal place to gather friends and family, a quiet and welcoming environment. I highly recommend it for sure!!

My stay was simply perfect! From the first contact, communication with the host was quick, attentive and welcoming. The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, well decorated, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we need to feel at home. Every detail was thought out with great care and affection. The location is excellent, in a quiet, safe area with easy access to everything. The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are well ventilated and illuminated. It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've ever had in a place to stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely return as soon as I have the opportunity. Maria was an incredible host and very helpful. The house is amazing and really cosy. Every room is full of details and you have amazing views. The area is very safe and you are a few minutes of the best areas of Belo Horizonte but still can have a quiet and peaceful night surrounded by nature. We had the visit of the Monkeys and the Jacu bird that complemented the stay. I highly recommend Marias house for anyone staying in BH.

I loved too much! Too bad it was a quick stop, but the AP has a homey feel, everything is nice and fragrant and comfortable for sleeping and resting. It had all the necessary utensils, the best AP I rented here on the platform!

My wife and I stayed in Danielle's apartment for over a month and it was an excellent experience. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well located. Although the address is in Sabará, the building is only one block from the Santa Inês neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, which offers a complete and varied range of shops. Access to the main regions of the city is very easy, and Minas Shopping is less than 15 minutes away. The host, Danielle, is excellent: always available, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend it!

Elaine's apartment, as always, is perfect! Every detail thought out in the guest's comfort and practicality. Everything impeccably clean and organized. Great location, insurance, great supermarket access and everything that's convenient. The apartment is quiet, the bed super comfy and the shower, relaxing and with great water flow. The kitchen items are great and it was excellent for having a water filter and coffee! Adorei! I have allergic rhinitis and the apartment was super clean. I was super well for four days. I recommend it! Communication was excellent as well. I will certainly stay in this apartment again.

The studio met all expectations. It is well located, close to the DelRey mall (it is possible to go on foot) and the Uber route to bars, restaurants, is very close. It is 30/40 min from Confins airport (by car) and is not far from the center and Pampulha. The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. I recommend the stay and the hosts were attentive from start to finish. Very good!
