Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ribeirão das Neves

I stayed a week at this place. It's a very big house with a huge garden both front and back. It was quiet and close to the things I needed (gym, bakery, restaurants) and just a bus ride away from the center or the hills. Recommend.

The house is in an unbeatable location for those who are going to an event at Expominas, very comfortable, spacious and quiet at night, even though it is next to a busy avenue. We were greeted by Alessandra's sister, who is super friendly, I recommend the accommodation to everyone

It is a simpler neighborhood. But there are good houses around the property. The house was renovated and modern, everything was great. A good kitchen, good bathroom and 3 excellent size bedrooms. Our stay was great.

An exceptional house. Alessandra and family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! We loved the experience!

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

The stay was the best experience I've ever had, there was no problem. The place was very clean and fragrant, the location is great and Ana was super attentive at all times, it didn't take her even 5 minutes to answer any questions. I recommend it with my eyes closed, the place is very cozy and beautiful!

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

The accommodation was peaceful, in fact the shower was a little disappointing but nothing that would hinder the experience. I believe the accommodation was worth the price I paid, the apartment is very cozy. I recommend it.

Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

First, the Ada was very attentive in passing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center.
