Within this price range, I have no doubt that this apartment is the best that BH has to offer. Extremely spacious, beautiful, has everything you need, top barbecue and even has a garage space if you need it. Not to mention that a D. Claudine, the owner, and D. I only stayed one night, but the experience exceeded all expectations. The apartment is spacious, quiet, extremely clean and very well located. We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. Very well equipped and cozy house. The location is easily accessible and has some shops nearby. Although it is a little tight, the garage is covered and it fits 2 small cars. About the host, he was very friendly and attentive, as well as facilitating the check in

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
