An exceptional house. Alessandra and family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! We loved the experience!

Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

Impeccable stay! I spent a wonderful week at André's place and I have nothing but praise. The place is clean, cozy, and well cared for. The suite is comfortable and the mattress in the master suite is excellent, it really made a difference in the rest. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, perfect for those who need to cook, and in the afternoon the sun enters in a very pleasant way, making the atmosphere very cozy. It is an ideal space for both solo and accompanied travelers. And the highlight goes to the host: André was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had in all my Airbnb experiences. Kind, polite, super helpful and a great conversation! A very authentic person and always willing to help in whatever is needed. He even recommended the best pizzeria in BH and I can say that the tip was spot on. If you are staying there, I highly recommend including this visit in your itinerary!

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

The apartment and building are super new and also have a lot of portable electronics, which can make it easier for those who are staying longer. The apartment was clean with good quality bed and bath linens available. The location is very good, but as it is close to a busy avenue, those who are light sleepers may feel a little uncomfortable. For those who sleep in the living room, the brightness that comes in through the kitchen can also be a nuisance. But both the bed and the sofa bed are of great quality and provide a good night's sleep. The bathroom is inside the room, so depending on who you share the apartment with, it can be uncomfortable. As warned by the host, the garage ramp is really tight and you have to be very careful on the curves, but my car was a Peugeot 308 and it managed to pass without a scratch! kkk I would like to thank Roberta who was very attentive, responding quickly.
