Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Located in the heart of the Aude countryside, on the edge of the Canal du Midi, the Domaine du Roc looks forward to welcoming you. Close to the Mediterranean lock, this intimate and quiet cottage is surrounded by the lands of Lauragais. You will find local shops 3 kilometers away, but also the famous NOT Pottery as well as the CHEZ ETIENNE hotel renowned for its cassoulet. The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

2-bedroom apartment

Come and enjoy this bright apartment close to downtown CASTELNAUDARY Ideally located 15 min on foot from the train station, on a quiet street, this apartment on the first floor of a small building will charm you with its view of the Black Mountains and the Corbières With two bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm bed, it is perfectly suited to accommodate two couples or a family. Its fully-equipped kitchen will make you feel at home.
