Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

We highly recommend it! 3 of us as friends, we stayed 4 nights in this accommodation and we could have stayed there for a long time! Ideal for a trip with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation, although a little rustic and in its original state, is functional and very well equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds). Located in a small village, we were able to park easily and for free near the accommodation. There are also small shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Special mention to the proximity of Levanto by car, which allows access by train to the Cinque Terre. Félice is a very welcoming and responsive host. He gave us good advice for visiting the area, its beaches and its hikes. If we were to come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Matteo was a brilliant host. Really friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the station. We loved exploring the nearby towns and our highlight was the hiking trail. So picturesque! We hope to return one day. Thank you Matteo!

The apartment is very spacious and was comfortable for our stay in Lerici. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for our group of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location is extremely convenient to everything Lerici has to offer. Simply walk out the gate and you are on the walkway that leads to downtown and the harbor - note it's a steep walkway for the return up the hill! It is also very secure and comes with a parking spot to use, which is a rarity, and was required for our recent stay. Giuliana was very welcoming and kind.

What a view! Arturo’s place was fantastic. Well looked after with fantastic facilities and a stunning view across the bay of La Spezia, without being too close to be disturbed, and yet close enough to explore the beautiful coastal towns this area has to offer. Arturo kindly picked us up from the train station and was very accommodating, telling us everything that was around the apartment and giving us every last detail about buses, trains and cheapest places to get ferries. It was a delight to stay here and we would highly recommend.

Gianni was a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for our stay in Cinque Terre. Easy access to transport, walking trails and the beach. The view was amazing!

We had a great experience. Azzurra was super kind and communicative. The apartment is very clean and centrally located in the village but also very quiet. The terrace is very pleasant. Definitely a nice place to come back to. See you soon and thank you!

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Dream location. If you are looking for peace and beauty, there is no comparison: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Maria Victoria is a very nice hostess. She was always available and at the same time very discreet. The accommodation is beautifully located, the journey there is worth it. The facility is very tasteful and high quality, you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Santa Lucia has a wonderful location in the mountains. The view is indescribably beautiful - from the mountains of the region you can see the sea on the horizon. From Santa Lucia, you can reach other larger cities and the beach by car. The place is lovingly and stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden offers several options for sitting, sunbathing, or dining outdoors while enjoying the view. Gloria was a great, open and very lovely hostess. She took a lot of time for us to show and explain everything. For us, the stay at Casa Gloria was a highlight of our trip through Tuscany. We will come back to enjoy this little piece of earth again.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

It's an ideal accommodation for discovering the Cinque Terre. With elevator ;-)) Claudio and his wife are super friendly and there are little welcome things. Don't hesitate to ask them questions. They know their area very well. Tips: it is better to take the train from Sestri Levanto, 5 km away. (off-season, you can easily find free parking spaces. But you have to be well informed so as not to make mistakes! And from there, take a Regional (R) or Regional Veloce (RV) train A 3-day ticket is a good option. You can easily swim in Monterosso where there is even a shower at the first free beach! These are all rare gems with beautiful alleys and postcard landscapes. You can easily do 2 in one day. You can also take a very nice walk from Manarola to Riomaggiore, but it's worth it! The other paths are not always passable! (Closed for some)

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve stayed at. It’s in a great location for a great price with an amazing host. Bruno was very friendly and gave us a welcome gift. He waited us to arrive and showed us how to get into the house and explained everything clearly. He also gave us a few restaurants recommendations that I appreciated a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!!

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and clean. The bedroom window has a splendid view. Reaching it was easy thanks to the directions provided by Davide. The presence of the parking lot is certainly a big plus, considering the difficulty, in all the towns in the area, of finding not only free but also paid parking. Davide is an attentive, friendly and super helpful host and we had a great time, thank you.

Christian, our host, was very well behaved, always attentive to our needs, even took us to Porto Venero in his vehicle. It was really a pleasant stay, with all our needs covered. Very close to downtown La Spezia and in a beautiful neighborhood. safe and close to downtown. Highly recommended
