This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

Corky’s Cottage- Hot tub/ Golf / Mohican SP!

This bright and fun pink cottage is in the heart of Mohican State Park! It is a home base for adventures; in the canoe capital of Ohio :) Our cottage is perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful par 3 golf course across the street. Our large concrete patio has a hot tub, corn hole, and yoga matts for peaceful stretching or yoga with a view! We have a fully stocked kitchen, board games, smart TV's and a completely custom built bunk room that your kids or friends groups will absolutely love!

The Reformatory Retreat

Perfectly located in central Mansfield at the end of a quiet street. This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Also, conveniently located close to Kingwood Center, hospitals, and Mid-Ohio Raceway. This home has everything you need from cooking your own meals to doing laundry. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.
