Located in South Somerset and easily accessed from the A303, Charlton Musgrove is on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, and only 5 minutes away from Wincanton and its race course. The annex is self contained with its own parking, front door living/bedroom area, kitchen and shower room/toilet. A few strides from the friendly local pub The Annex provides an ideal base or stop off point for exploring all that the South West has to offer, which includes many local walks and places of interest.

Weir Lodge is located in the beautiful Dorset countryside offering stunning views of River Stour & Thomas Hardy countryside. The house is located within an equestrian farm estate and only 5 minutes walk to an award winning pub and Spar shop in the village. Centrally located for fun packed days out from Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat, Gold Hill, to Monkey World, Sherborne Castle and the Jurassic Coast. It’s also a very short drive to the popular Todber fishing lakes and historic Shaftesbury.

The Little Mill is in the Courtyard of our house, The Old Mill House, where we live in the peaceful, pretty rural village of Pen Selwood. You will be staying in a newly created, very comfortable, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, large wall mounted smart-TV, and a modern en-suite shower room. There is a fridge and a selection of teas and freshly ground coffee and two cafetieres await you along with fresh milk, croissants, jam & butter. Two local pubs within walking distance (0.8 miles)

Newly built in 2020, this luxurious barn situated in the Bruton area of Somerset has two comfortable double bedrooms, a large living room space with cooking facilities and shower room. Outside there is a large patio for alfresco dining overlooking surrounding fields. Brook barn is adjacent to our home which sits in a colourful landscaped garden with a brook running through it. We are conveniently located close to the charming town of Bruton and the stunning Dorset coastline is one hour away.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Situated in a quiet street in the Conservation area of the town Wincanton with its eclectic mix of independent shops and pubs, Mill Street Cottage is the perfect retreat to unwind. Recently renovated with relaxation and comfort in mind a warm welcome awaits you at this charming cottage. There are two bedrooms that can be configured with either 2 x King size beds or 1x King and 2 x Single beds to offer flexible accommodation for up to 4 guests.

A one bedroomed annexe off our main home. A very spacious double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and 'kitchenette'. Plenty of easy parking space directly outside of the property. Set back slightly from West Hill on a small 3 house cul-de-sack. A 10 min walk to Wincanton high street with a range of pubs, cafe's, independent shops and takeaways. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.

The Seed House, Shepton Montague

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and brick and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking.
