In summer, at low water, there are beautiful gravel banks and opportunities to refresh yourself + waterfall. Guest house and village shop are within 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our apartment is located on a hill in the district of Viechtwang with views of the beautiful alpine pasture river. In about 500 m there is a bakery for your breakfast wishes, you enjoy your completely own empire on about 35 m2, in addition you have your own wardrobe in the entrance area right in front of the apartment. Outside we offer a great garden with terrace and barbecue area under the shady walnut tree. In the winter months, you can enjoy the proximity to the Kasberg ski area (15 min).

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. The apartment has 66 m2 and is newly renovated, quiet and central (everything is walking distance), located in the spa town of Bad Hall. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has a balcony and is accessible by lift. You can enjoy the spa park, the spa, or visit the theater. The city of Bad Hall offers many options. Ideal if your partner has a spa stay, visit a wedding (close to the registry office), etc... You can park bicycles in the basement compartment accessible.
