Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

The apartment is located in Rieden am Forggensee in the district of Osterreinen, only 5 minutes' walk from the shore of the lake. The apartment has its own access in the house, all guests also have free parking directly in the courtyard. Right next door there is a small café for breakfast, opposite a pizzeria, otherwise the private kitchen offers everything you need.

Vacation home

Located outside (11 km drive to Füssen), this apartment with garden and the possibility to sit outside offers the recreational factor you want on vacation. Mountain panorama included. A car is absolutely necessary. The apartment offers plenty of space for two to three adults or families with one to two children. There is a sofa bed and a baby cot. The visitor's tax is paid separately on site (1.15 euros per day from 16 years, 0.60 euros per day between 6 and 16 years)

Welcome to the lovingly renovated, listed farmhouse directly on the idyllic spa park of Schwangau. The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Our holiday apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. For the 3rd person, an additional €10 per day is charged. These are to be paid in cash at the accommodation. A sofa bed is available in the living area for this purpose. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gate to the Ammergebirge. Lake Ilassberg with swimming beach ( Forggensee) is only 500 meters away.
